As you will have no doubt read in the news there has been a serious earthquake in the L'Aquila region of Italy.

Two Italian Round Tables (RT54 Pescara and RT66 Chieti) have set up a national appeal to collect funds to help their fellow men, women and children in a time of need, over the last few days the appeal has gone from national to international, getting support from the International President and several other countries throughout Europe as well as the rest of the Round Tables world wide.

Round Table Italy have people on the ground, it means we can get help to where it is needed and fast, without the need for red tape and political intervention

So here it is, the 28,000 people made homeless have in some cases lost everything, and by your donation you could help brighten the lives of people who are not going to get back to their homes for months or in some cases years.

The money you give is going to go to buy things you take for granted, it could be for bedding, cooking utensils or something simple like a cuddly toy.
